Media Made Easy accepts the following payment methods:

Credit cards or electronic transfers through PayPal, with shipment to confirmed street addresses only. Electronic transfers must clear
before the item is shipped.
Money Order for orders placed directly with Media Made Easy.
We do not accept personal checks.

Sales tax will be added to the total amount due for Georgia residents at a rate of 7.0%.

Shipping & Handling Information

We only ship within the United States
Buyer pays the charges for shipping, handling and insurance to street addresses only via UPS Ground in the 50 United States.
Buyers requiring shipment to Alaska or Hawaii must add a $34 shipping surcharge to their total checkout amount or your order will not
be shipped.
All shipments require a signature.
Please expect up to a seven (7) business day delay between payment receipt and product shipment. Most orders will ship much
sooner.
We can usually combine shipping of smaller items.

Warranty Information

You have 10 business days from receipt of your item to verify that it works as it should.
Media Made Easy is a reseller only. Products sold by Media Made Easy are not manufactured by Media Made Easy. The products
may, however, be covered by each manufacturer’s warranty, service, and support policy (if any). Media Made Easy assigns and
passes through to the Customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and Customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only
under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products. Media Made Easy makes no representation or express
warranty with respect to the product except those stated in this document. Media Made Easy disclaims all other warranties,
expressed or implied, as to any such product, including and without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for
a particular purpose, and any implied warranties arising from a statute, trade usage, course of dealing or course of performance.

Return Policy

You have ten (10) business days from receipt of your item to verify that it works as it should. Please contact us with any issues so we
can troubleshoot the problem and determine whether a return is necessary. Our customer service representative will issue an RMA
number and return instructions if we are unable to resolve the problem.
All returns require an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and returned to sender.
You must arrange and pay for insured return shipping of the item after receiving the RMA number. All items must be in their original
packaging, with no missing items. Returned items that have suffered physical damage while being shipped back to Media Made
Easy are not eligible for a refund.
Compatibility of any product is the purchaser’s responsibility. If you have any questions about these products, please visit the
manufacturer’s web site or call their customer service. If you still have questions after contacting the manufacturer, please contact us

If the item is not compatible or is functional but you do not want it, you agree to have the item shipped back at your own expense,
and Media Made Easy will refund the price of the item less a 25% restocking fee. You still must obtain an RMA number from Media
Made Easy prior to returning the item.
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of sale for any type of merchandise.

Media Made Easy’s hours of operation are 9AM to 5PM EDT, Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). Please keep these times in
mind when communicating with us, especially for purchases made over the weekend.

Terms and Conditions – Limited Liability

The liability of Media Made Easy and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and suppliers, and the respective employees, to you or any third parties
in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by you for the product(s) purchased. By purchasing these items, you agree to these terms
and conditions. Buyer agrees that any and all sales of merchandise offered through Media Made Easy constitutes a sale under applicable
Georgia law with jurisdiction and venue solely and exclusively in Toombs County, Georgia.
